Lake Norman has more than five hundred miles of shoreline, and dock work is a big part of why we are down here. Deck perimeters, piling caps, lift bays and covered slips, all running on the same app as the house. Where the power comes from and how we get to the water drive a dock quote more than the size of the dock does, so we usually come look at a dock in person.

Off the water, Mooresville is race-shop country and newer subdivisions, with the straight rooflines that make for the quickest installs we do. One install, a schedule in the app, and the house handles the calendar by itself.
